Facing issues while restoraing through JAVA Administration console

We are facing strange issue while restoring some files through Netbackup Java Admin Console.

After taking backing of some files (ex 10 files were backed up successfully), while restoration, we are not able to see some files (ex 2 files) are not visible in the Backup Archive and restore window.

But the same files were visible through Windows Administration Console or even through bpadm menu.

Just want to know if there is any bug in Java Console or what could be the issue.

We are using: Java 6.5.5 console.

    The problem was memory utilization of Desktop on which JAVA console was running.

    When such condition occurs, need to close all other applications and just run the Java Console. Then we can properly se all the required files for restoration.

    Master/Client OS & NB versions?

    Anything specific about the files - maybe something we could try & reproduce?

    When a client and server were configured with different locales, some files were not visible or selectable when you browsed in the NetBackup-Java user interface running on Windows.

    Hope it didn't actually take the last 5 months to solve it!

    There is a section in Volume 1 of the Admin Guide that deals with the config of the Java Admin console, including memory requirements:

    "Symantec recommends that the NetBackup-Java Administration Console, the NetBackup-Java Windows Display Console, or the NetBackup, Archive, and Restore user interface be run on a system that contains at least 1 gigabyte of physical memory. Make sure that 256 megabytes of memory is available to the application."
