Failed backup the SAP for Oracle at the Windows 2003 x64

Upgrade netbackup 6.0 to 6.5 at yesterday.
and backint.exe file copy in the "E:\usr\sap\DCP\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64"
So, I recreate the sap, utl file
