Failed restore the exchange individual emails

Hello.

I cannot restore the exchange individual emails.

But the backup is ok.

The netbackup version is 8.1.2 and the netbackup appliance 5240 use.

Please help me...

    Microsoft changed a security setting in Windows that causes EWS autodiscover to fail. Check for the following registry setting on the Exchange server:

    >HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\DisableLoopbackCheck = 1

    If it's set, change the value to 0 or delete it. If the customer won't do that, you can try EEB 4012007. This makes a better URL after the autodiscover failure.

    If you don't find this registry setting then we need to look for another cause of the EWS autodiscover failure.
