Fine tune NBU to work with DD

Hi Team,

We are palnning to implement DD in our infra, so I would like to know do we need to do any fine tuning to NBU such as any time out changes or any other best practices to follow.

Hi Marianne, Thanks for that, but I am looking for some fine tuning like below config files. \veritas\netbackup\db\config\DPS_PROXYDEFAULTRECVTMO Open it up in notepad and put the value of 800 in it. Is there any other similar config changes required. Thanks, Bshet

this values some times depends on the server behariver after the configurations.. so pleaes read the best practices and get the implimentation done.

based on the server performance these thinkgs can be tuned...

There are no NBU Perf Tuning docs specifically for DataDomain.
You will need to look for EMC docs similar to the Best Practice White Paper in my previous post.
