Getting error code 96

Hi

I am getting error code 96 even tapes are available.

I am using NFS mount backup

and i am using netbackup pool

Job failed details:

    Check library config. 

    It seems that slot 24 was initially configured as media slot but has in the meantime been changed to be a cleaning slot or Media access port.

    Nothing can be done from NBU to change this - it is a robot setting.
    The robot itself is telling NBU which slots are available.

    You can use robtest to verify available slots.

    In robtest, use 'mode' and also 's s'.

    Have another look - most AVAILABLE tapes in the NBU pool are NOT in the robot (NONE).

    There is at the moment one AVAILABLE tape in the robot which may have become available since the backup failed.

    Best to run available_media report on a daily basis to ensure sufficient media in the robot.

    You also need to find out why so many tapes are FROZEN.

    If your policy is using Netbackup pool, then there is only one media in robot which is available for backup and rest all media in robot are either full or frozen/ Suspended. 

    Try by adding some media in robot 0.

    Also for precaution check, If density of Tape & Tape drives are same.

    Also share the details of policy & stu.

    The screenshot is too small to see anything.

    How do you normally put tapes in the robot?

    Does your robot have a CAP/MAP?
    If so, put tapes in the MAP slots and Inventory robot. Select 'Empty media access port prior to update' before clicking on Start.

    Hi,

    Robot can manage n number of tapes or its limited? I moved tape 0040L5 and starts inventory but i am getting below message and moving back to same place.

    We have 24 slots in dell tl2000.

    Now i do i proceed and how do i use my available tapes?
