Granular processing failed during exchange2010 backup.

Hello,

I have a problem with exchange 2010 backup.

During this backup, I have the message "05/04/2012 16:00:33 - Info bpbrm(pid=9472) from client dag-1: TRV - Granular processing failed!  "

The NFS process working good between media server (MSDP NBU 7.1.0.3) and exchange client (NBU7.1.0.3). I have tested with nbfsd command in media server and nbfs in exchange client.
