I need to change NBU Master Server hostname, I can re-install clients but I dont wat to re-insrall my master server because of the catalog,
Is it possible way to change hostname Master Server or need to re-install again ?

If you reinstall after name change, you will have to import all images written previously.
Catalog cannot be restored to different hostname master server.
The alternative is to get consulting as per above 2 posts.
I think you need to contact Symantec consulting if there is a hostname change invovled or else you are migrating across platforms like from unix to windows or vice-a-versa.
If the master is installed with a shortname and you wish to add it as a FQDN this can be added as an alias.
Anything else cannot be done with out a consulting partner unfortunately.
