how do you make a second duplicate?

we have a monthly backup policy that goes to the monthly pool. the policy would delete the hd image one day after the duplication to tape is done. now management requires us to make a second duplicate so that we would have 2 tape media for the monthly backup. one does offsite while the other stays in the data center.
how can a second duplicate be done monthly from the monthly backup policy?
You can edit the current SLP and add another duplication step.
Be sure to select a different volume pool for the 2nd copy. If same volume pool as 1st copy, NBU may select the same media for both copies.PS:
Hopefully you have sufficient tape drives to make 2 copies?
