how many license required for NETBACKUP ENTERPRISE XPLAT 1 FRONT END TB PLUS ONPREMISE

I have installed the NetBackup master server 10.1 for the license I generated and used 1 license key and 4 are remaining what is the purpose of the remaining ones?
