Java Console > Host Properties > Master Servers > Master Server Properties > Global Attributes.
At the bottom should be 'Administrator email address:'
This should be what you are looking for.

I've found out that the other email address has been already added. The entries look like this:
MyAddress@OurCompany.com,HisAddress@OurCompany.com
But I only receive the notifications. He doesn't.
Do you have any idea why he doesn't?

To configure multiple email addresses, either configure a mail alias in /etc/aliases or separate the email addresses with a comma and no space. For additional information on setting an email alias, refer to article 100000521. How to setup distribution lists in UNIX to be used by NetBackup notifications (veritas.com)

The /etc/aliases file looks like the below, and says that aliases will be visible from /bin/mail. But /bin/mail reads like gibberish.
And the article doesn't look like it applies to my master server which is RHEL, especially because the aliases directory is different.
does someone have clear step-by-step instructions on how to configure notification emails in RHEL 8.9?
