Not possible.

What you can do is a recovery of just NBDB (bprecover  -r option) and then selectivly restore the /usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/<client name> dirs, by running a restore on the catalog tapes but treating them as a normal browseable backup by selecting policy type as nbu-catalog in the BAR gui.
