How to use stand-alone drive attached to NetBackup client?
Hi
I have a NetBackup Windows client, that has a stand-alone drive (LTO4). How can I use it in NetBackup? Do I need to upgrade the client to media server? Or maybe enterprise client?

- If the client will only backup itself, you need Enterprise Client license and will have to install media server software.
Think careful before you take this step - media management on Standalone drives is a nightmare. Just search this forum for references to media management with standalone drives......
