@Malkayal,
Before going further, please verify those pre-reqs for Exchange backup:
1. host file on each master/media/client and DNS server are OK. Lookup and reverse lookup MUST be ok.
2. Distribute application mapping on master server is done correctly
3. domain account is setup with specific privileges and roles (especially during impersonation process)
4. NFS is installed on each components of your Exchange infra (CAS, DAG ...)
5. NFS is installed on each media server of your netbackup infra
6. Firewall port(s) are opened and rules are setup correctly
7. Policy is configured based on netbackup admin guide for Exchange (Backup selections list, preferred server list (active copy only, passive copy ...)
Second, could you please tell a little bit more about your exchange infrastructure (# of CAS server, DAG mailbox node, Clustered or standalone, loadbalancer ...)

1) Please upload policy info : netbackup\bin\admincmd\bppllist <policy name> -L
2) Confrim Netbackup client , legacy network and legacy cleint are all set to an account that has local domain rights as well as exchange admin rights. Make sure this is set on all of the exchange nodes including the CAS servers.
3) How many nodes are in the DAG ? Are they all running the same version of Netbackup ?
4) Please enable the following logs :
Master server
--------------
bpdbmMedia server
-------------
bpbrm
bptm
bpdmExchange
-----------------
bpbkar
bpfis
bpcd
bpresolver5) Please upload the compelte job detail status.

Hi Dyneshia
Yes policy 2 it's solved by update network card driver, but the problem of exchange server still did'nt solved
- DyneshiaLevel 6
It seems he has 2 issues in 2 different policies :
policy #1. Exchange 2013 server (windows server 2012) ( since this is 2013 this will not support GRT ) failing with socket Write Failed (Error No. 24)
policy #2. DC server (windows server 2012) failing with - Network Read Failed (Error No. 42)
Correct me if I'm wrong malkayal.
Please reply back with the requested info

- malkayyalLevel 3
I select in the first policy Exchange 2013 server (windows server 2012)
and in the second policy DC server (windows server 2012)
- MarianneLevel 6
What exactly is in Backup Selection in the policy?
Please post all text in the Details tab of failed job(s).
If you are doing GRT backup of Active Directory, you need to tell us all about the config....
