i New in the snapshot manager and i cant install a sm, in the process fail with the following error
Waiting for Snapshot Manager configuration
to complete (0/21) ...
Configuration Failed. Error Details: EXIT STATUS 8500:
Connection with the web service was not established.

I am guessing - is your SM host able to go to outside world without proxy? If not maybe this will help out:
NetBackup Snapshot Manager for Data Center host is behind a proxy server: # flexsnap_configure install --primary <primary> --token <token> --hostnames <hostnames> --no-proxy <no_proxy_value> --http-proxy <http_proxy_value> --https-proxy <https_proxy_value>
Tks quebek......i foun the error is the 443 port, in netbackup primary server blocked.
i add in /cloudpoint/openv/etc/hosts the registry for primary server and works fine!
