instant access with SQL Server failed!

1、 instant access with sql restore，Create mount successfully completed:

2、 Attach database failed

Where do I start troubleshooting the above?

    error "system call failed" is very generic. Can you post more details about the failure ?

    Did you verified if all prerequisites are met for instant access of SQL ?

    Is your media a BYO MSDP or NB or Flex Appliance ?
