Not sure I understand what you are asking...
Do you want to use your Exchange cluster as NBU master server as well?
This is not recommended. NBU master should be installed on separate server. If you want to cluster NBU, you need a minimum of two servers for the clustered master.
Please see NetBackup 7.5 Clustered Master Server Administrator's Guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5184

What we do for media servers is to install NBU as standalone media server and then configure Application Cluster as per NetBackup in Highly Available Environments Administrator's Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5183
BUT - Clustered Exchange 2010 seems to be a special case for which no solution has been found (yet)...

Why you dont try another solution we had our exchange boxes under SAN Client configuration with 2 HBA's that connect to the FT Media Server is basically the same because the backup speed is at FC levels and you dont need to worrie about the clustering piece because the SAN Client option is part of the regular client you only need to do the proper setup, which I have to say is not that simple because you need to plan the SAN Side but if u was planning to use this boxes as media servers sounds like the SAN resources are not a limitation.
