intelligent policy query not sync

Question

Hi allI&nbsp; added some custom attributes to my vcenter VMs and I want use them in "intelligent policy query".&nbsp;My new custom attribute not update in intelligent policy query fields but the old custom attributes exists.&nbsp;good to mention all backups are successful and&nbsp; there is not any problem in vCenter connectivity. the only problem is not showing the custom attribute fields.My vCenter is 8.0.2 and my netbackup version is 10.1.1.Any idea to&nbsp; force sync or any other way to show the new&nbsp; custom attributes?thanks&nbsp;

Try to sync the VCenter (usually it happens every 8 hours) .
I would suggest create a case with Veritas if the same issue persist.
I would personally upgrade Netbackup to latest version, but again that might not be an option to you.

It is old, but may still be relevant. Note you may need to create the file (virtualization.conf) on your Linux backup host (or query host).&nbsp;

thanks for your guide. i have no support but i manually sync the vcenter and rebooted netbackup server but it seems still not works.
