Is NetBackup 7.7 and upgrade only or can I install it new

I purchased 7.6 couple years ago and never used it.  I didn't see a clear document that said you can install 7.7 new,not upgrade from 7.6.  Is this possible It would be easier now to just install 7.7 than go through upgrade process.

    Both is possible as far as you have renewed its support and you have right to use 7.7.

    If you are to use 7.7, it is better to get upgraded license key for 7.7.

    Contact support and get the upgraded license key. Just installing 7.7 would be a better option.
