Running vsphere 6.0, Netbackup 7.7.1 and wondering whether backups of vm's with fault tolerance enabled is supported. I know vadp snapshot backups are supported in vsphere 6.0 according to VMware, but can't seem to find anything official specifying that Netbackup also supports it.

Just some further info on this, I was able to successfully backup and restore a test VM with fault tolerance enabled. However, support references this article https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000082651 and state it is not supported. I am still questioning the accuracy of the article since VADP support only changed in vsphere 6 as noted on page 57 of this doc https://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-60/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-60-availability-guide.pdf
