it looks like you are unable to connect to the client, could you please check if can connect to BPCD on port 1378
could you please get us the output of the following command.
bptestbpcd -client clientname -debug
- Not NEARLY enough info to even try to help....
Just an error without any details or background info?
Can you query policies from cmd?
Like bppclients command?
