Media-id 00xxxx was modified between the initial request and now

Hi all,

Can anyone explain what I'm seeing:

When running a report, under Netbackup Management -> Reports -> Problems, for all media servers and all clients for last week, I can see dozens of entries like the following one:

Date/Time    Server    Client    Error    0    General    Media-id 00xxxx was modified between the initial request and now

all for a different media-id.
 

Does anyone know what could cause this?
I'd appreciate some information on this.

    NBU would not modify media by itself. Maybe ask your colleagues? Have you checked All Log Entries report for the same period?

    No, noone was doing anything. That has happened over the weekend when most of our backups and duplications run.

    From All Log Entries I noticed the below action runs each time second before:

    General    Cleaning  up the DBM_ImageChangeLog records in NBDB that are older than 7 days

    and then we get a bunch of Media-id 00xxxx was modified between the initial request and now.
