Media tape alert

Hi Dear Community,&nbsp;i40 Quantum sends me alerts related to media. (The tape number 000026) .But l check the media status is active. What could be reason the alerts?&nbsp;Thanks

If the tape was frozen, than it must have been a more severe error, or, a lesser error occurred, but multiple times.
