Migration from HP-UX to Solaris

I want to migrate netbackup master server from HP-UX to Solaris. Can someone give me the information about step by step?

    I see you are a partner and are accreddiated.  Therefore the steps below should be sufficient for you.

    Install paths MUST be the same and hostname cannot change (ip can).
