  • NetBackup versions? Platforms?

    Java or Windows Admin Console?

    Any error messages?

    NetBackup Access Control configured?

    Any other info that I might've missed!

  • Oops... sorry. The Master/Media server(s) are running NBU 7.0.1. The Windows Admin Console does not display "disk pools" under devices. I currently have a disk pool created and I am able to run backups successfully, however, I cannot see the disk pool from the AC. NetBackup Access Control is NOT configured. There are no error messages (that I know of, what logs should I look in?).

  • Not sure if it could be related to the following:

    BUG REPORT: Licensed features (such as Vault and BMR Management) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1, or options that are *not* licensed are appearing unnecessarily.
