My SharePoint Backup Getting failed error code 71

Hello All,

My Sharepoint Backup getting failed with error code

None of the files in the file list exist (71)

Master Server : Netbackup.domain.com

OS- Windows 2008 r2 Enterprise 64 bits

NBU Version : 7.6.1.1

Media Server : NBMedia.domain.com

OS- Windows 2008 r2 Enterprise 64 bits

NBU Version : 7.6.1.1

Client Server:- spweb2.domain.com

OS- Windows 2008 r2 Enterprise 64 bits

NBU Version : 7.6.1.1

please find the attachment of job details and policy configuration details

    Before we download any attachments, can you please give us more info?

    Is this a new config that has never worked before?

    If it has worked before, what have you checked to find out 'what has changed'?

    You forgot to tell us which Sharepoint version - have you checked compatibility with EOSL NBU software?

      it's old policy which is working fine before but from few days backup getting failed which as i mention before post. actually we have 2 sharepoint policy whcih is same configuration and as i selected backup selection Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\, but one policy is working fine but other one is getting failed.

      Client Server Name: spweb2.domain.com

      os :- Windsown 2008 r2 enterprise 64 bits

      NBU:- 7.6.

      Sharepoint Version: 2010
