nbrestorevm -ir_listvm failed to get instant recovery identifier ....cannot connect on socket 25

i have started VM instant recovery from VMware Web plugin and it is working properly and machine is up and running.

i have successfully migrated the VM to another datastore on VMware.

now i need to complete the VM instant recovery job on the Netbackup Master server.

when i run command: nbrestorevm –ir_listvm to get the Instant Recovery ID, the following error is the output

cannot connect on socket (25) to the Master server name

which is weird as i am running this command on the master server.

    Hello,

    in case of Windows Master, verify your cmd is launched via Run as Admin.

    If NBAC is implemented, verify that you are also logged in via bpnbat -login.

    in case of Windows Master, verify your cmd is launched via Run as Admin.

    If NBAC is implemented, verify that you are also logged in via bpnbat -login.

      Thanks Michal. That works perfectly to me after login on CMD with bpnbat -login.

      all commands worked properly after that.
