NBU 6.5.4 on Win2008x64

Hello

Running Netbackup 6.5.4 on Win2003 (32bit). Have bought a new server (Dell PowerEdge R610) and my plan was to run Win2008server x64, and Netbackup 6.5.4 x64.
OS install looks good. Then I install 6.5.4 x64. Looking good:

...but after this windows I get following:

The server have no network for the moment. Can this be the problem or is it anything else? In the system/eventlog I see some error 7000: The NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fasion:

    Solved...!!

    Could not run Windows Update either. Had to remove server from Domain, and do Windows Update. Then everything works OK.

    Can't find 'Symantec Private Branch Exchange' or VERITAS Private Branch. Maybee Netbackup removes this servive when it does a rollback, after installation fails?

    Dear Sir

    I have a 6.5.3 master server (solaris 9) and connect  Tape library with SCSI &  SAN ( robot by scsi , Tape Driver by SAN) . Today I install a media server on windows 2008 sp2 x64 with NBU 6.5.2 x64. I can see all driver by SAN . But when I upgrade it to 6.5.3 that the Remote manager monitor server can't stop . I must kill the nbrmms process and the upgrade can go on.
    When the installation is finish , I restart my 2008 server . But when I use tpconfig command there are no any respond . And I cant start the EMM service . And I use bpdown commend then the Remote manager monitor server can't stop .
    Could anybody  help me please ?
