NBU Continuous data protection gateway ： Unable to create a snapshot of the specified VM. ‎‎(4726)

 

I used the NBU Continuous data protection gateway to create a protection plan to protect the VM, but the following error occurs, what should I do?

    can you do a regular VM backup?
    can you do a VMsnapshot with quiescence (without memory snapshot) from the vcenter GUI ?

    Agree with StefanosM 

    Also check in vShpere to see what VMware is saying in the events section for the vm host.
