NBu made the rollback, but after rollbas it was another problem -
span service didn not start with error in win APP log -
The description for Event ID 1 from source spad
-1: The storage data format is ahead of software supported version
26016: Storage Format: Check failure.

It is looks like update process update MSDP to 8.1 version, but rollback software to 8.0
After reboot the second attempt to install 8.1. stay on "deploying server certificate / waiting for command bptestnetconn.exe" and write continuously in win SYSTEM log "The NetBackup Proxy Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service."

I so this (deploying server certificate) near a hour, before it continue.
I think it is very interesting issue, because I can't rollback MSDP, if upgrade fell.

Question:
Where can I find statistics of successful/unsuccessful upgrades and upgrade troubleshooting guide?
