NDMP restores to different share

Hello,

We're running NB 8.3, and backing up our NetApp NAS using NDMP. We backup from our DR NAS cluster (snapmirrored, read-only volumes). For restores, we restore backup to a separate "restore" volume on the DR NAS which is read/write. The backup data uses NTFS permissioning. We're trying to lockdown that restore share since it apparently allows Everyone full control. 

I'm not a windows expert, but how can I restrict the access to the share, but allow re-directed restores? I would think the restore process uses the NDMP account defined in NB, which is a local account on the NetApp cluster, unknown to AD.
