I need the document / information for the perpetual license for netbackup server and appliance.
As Marianne said Veritas is responsible to deliver the Entitlements ( normally in pdf format).
What do you mean with document pertaining to the perpetual license for netbackup?

Over and above Entitlements on MyVeritas, you (as a Partner/Reseller) have access to the NetBackup Licensing Guide on PartnerNet. Is that maybe the document that you are looking for?
