zoning is done so you can share the drive/library between multiple media servers. The WWN number is needed to zone the drives and you can get the drive WWN number via library management console or on the library menu mode if you are physically in front of library. You have to provide this information to your storage team and they will able to zone the drive wwn number with the media server wwn number so media server can see the drive and write on to it. This type of configuration is done when you have your library and media servers connected to your san switch.

Yes all FC devices got WWN's. It's more or less like the MAC address on network devices. As sazz mention you can usually retrieve the information from the library web management console.
