NetBackup 10.3 Offers New Immutable Offsite Vendor Updates!

Along with the ability to setup immutability/WORM from the WebUI, NetBackup 10.3 also introduces immutable object support for IBM Cloud Object Storage, NetApp StorageGrid and DataCore Cloud Cluster Storage. 

 Configuration is quick and easy.  Create a disk pool and when creating your volume, select: 

 IBM Cloud Object Storage S3 – WAN (for IBM) 

NetApp Storage Grid for NetApp – LAN (for NetApp) 

DataCore Swarm (for DataCore Cloud Cluster Storage) 

New for 10.3, when coming to the WORM section, click the box and select the immutability requirements that match with your companies’ rules.
