Netbackup 7 : Policy has red cross mark, what does that mean?

Hi, I am new to Netbackup.

In our companmy we have around 1000 Clients and each of the client is having specific policy for backups, now here is my point : some of the policys shows red cross mark, what exactly that means? Is that particular client is not backing up?

    If so, this means that the policy is de-activated so no backups taking place. Right-click on policy & "Activate" (amongst other ways.....)
