Netbackup 7.0 client for Windows 2012 server

Hi guys.

Do you know if Windows 2012 is supported on NetBackup 7.0? We have an old backup server running this version and we would like to add some Windows 2012 clients to it. I've made a big research but couldn't find it available. Does anyone knows if Symanted ever released a client for Windows 2012?

    No 7.0 Client support for W2012. 

    As per OS SCL: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648
    W2012 is only supported as from NBU 7.5.0.6

    You will notice in Release Details that the last update for 7.0 was 7.0.1: 2010-08-24 

     

    NBU 7.5.0.6 for W2012 :

    NB_7.5.0.6.winnt.x64.Client.Win2012.exe provides a full installer for NetBackup 7.5.0.6 Client on Windows 2012 Server and Windows 8 Client.

    Your master and media server need to be a minimum of 7.5 to support this client.
