Netbackup 7.0

Dear all..

Can any one tell  me about Netbackup 7.0..

whar are all teh features in 7.0 and feedbackup on it..

    where i can download 7.0 base patches and client patch..
    i am using HP PARISK server as a master server..

  • 7.0 is a full product release and can only be downloaded from FileConnect. You will need the Serial number or your license key certificate.

    7.0.1 is a product update/patch. Download links can be found at the bottom of the Release Announcement posted above.

    i read capability matrix 7.0 not supporting HP-PRISC as a master server..

    Please share link for netbackup 7.0 for windows client ..

    i tried but not able to afind even in symentc fileconnect..

    When you log on to FileConnect (via URL & with serial number as stated by Marianne) you should be presented with

    a) an EULA to agree to ;

    b) a selection of products by language e.g. International English, Japanese etc (choose that most appropriate)

    c) the file selection page where you can choose the packages to download: (the Windows s/w is split into 2 packages which need "joining" - the instructions for this can also be downloaded)

    NetBackup_7.0_ESD2DVD_links.sh  - is a Unix script, that creates DVD-like disk image directories
                                      using soft-links, if you desire to create them
                                      Note: before you copy or try to write a DVD image/iso, replace
                                      the soft-link with the actual directory data.
