NetBackup 7.5.0.1 Taking long time to select and display content of the folder for restore

Hi,

We recently upgraded master server from NB 6.5.6 to NB 7.5.0.1,After this upgarde it's taking long time to select and display and directory for restore.

If anybody is aware of any setting which can speed up this process will be helpful.

    Try to upgrade your desktop GUI to 7.5.0.3. I also had all sorts of 'weird' issues on Java GUI until I upgraded my desktop GUI. If this does solve the issue, we need to start looking at catalog search/browse process on master. Check that bpdbm and bprd log folders exist on the master. NBU needs to be restarted to enable these logs.

    PLEASE share all relevant info...

    What is the OS on the master?

    Which GUI are you using?
    Windows Admin Console on Windows master or jnbSA on Unix Master?
    or Windows Admin Console or Java Console installed on your desktop?

    Any reason why you upgraded to 7.5.0.1 and not to 7.5.0.3?

    OS :Solaris 10

    Using Netbackup 7.5 Java console on Windows

    If we know what is cauing issue then we are happy to upgarde to 7.5.0.3
