Netbackup 7.5 Exchange backup error status 2

Hi all,

 

We're currently having trouble on our exchange server backup using exchange policy type.

All backups are running well, then suddenlty we encountered this error.

MASTER Server - Linux

Media server - Linux

Here are is the logs.

  • So, have you checked bpresolver log as per job details?

    " no worklist items returned from bpresolver on client phmdexmailsvr2 "

    If bpresolver folder does not exist on phmdexmailsvr2, please create it under ....netbackup\logs and check the log after next backup attempt.

    If you want to upload the log here, please copy to bpresolver.txt and upload as attachment.

      Thanks!. Upon checking bpresolver logs, we found out that the service account  password that use for netbackup services was change. After correcting the password of the service the backup run and succeded.
