Netbackup 8.3 support integratation with Oracle Virtual Machine?

Hi, 

 

I'd like to know if it's possible integrated Netbackup 8.3 with OVM.

 

There is lot documentation about integrated Netbackup with Hyper-V and WMware but not for Oracle VM.

    There is no agent for OVM. 

    You need to install NBU client in each VM and backup in the same way as a physical client.

    There is not yet API level integration with OVM, primarily because OVM doesn't provide the same level of API functionality that VMware and Hyper-V provide.  Until that happens and the market demonstrates long term viability of OVM as a platform, agent-in-guest is the approach to take with OVM infrastructure.
