Netbackup 8 communicate problem
Hi all
Periodically, the following problem occurs. Client behavior is not stable:
1) the backup procedure can be performed successfully;
2) connection may be lost. If the backup fails, an error occurs: 13 thursday 2019 10:43:48 - Error bpbrm (pid=5492) bpcd on portaldb3 exited with status 23: socket read failed

Netbackup Client is restored after restarting the server.
nbcertcmd –listcertdetails - ok

Please help in troubleshooting

Can you please check if the connection between the media server to and from the client is ok or not.
Try to ping to and from the media server to/from client with higher number of packets and see any packet drop exists.
