Netbackup Admin Console Job Details % Complete is a negative percentage - never seen this before?

We are using Netbackup 9.1.0.1 Windows environment.  We have just performed a catalog DR / Hardware refresh from our 2012R2 windows environment to our new physical 2019 windows server.

This is the first time performing a Full (redhat linux full level on a filesystem ) backups on this client since performing the catalog DR/hardware refresh.  In the admin console I noticed the job is running and writing to tape (quantum i500's LTO6) but I see the Percent Complete  is a "negative" percentage?  see SNIP below

I have read in the past that the percent complete is not reliable.  But I have never seen this.   Has anybody see this before and if so why?  Im wondering as we just did the catalog DR / hardware refresh.  I see our other jobs percent complete seems normal.
