Hi guys, could you help me with a question?
On an AdvancedDisk storage that reaches capacity by causing the oldest images to expire, which property is best suited to control prioritization of images that are removed?
data classification or retention levels?
data classification do I use only in SLP?
Data classification does not manage the lifecycle of the image and woks only with SLP.
ensuring the correct business required retention is the best way to manage the retention.
if you are using SLP, you can use capacity Managed retention type to expire the images when the disk usage is full, but be very careful with this setting, if you enable this you may not be able to meet the business required retention
