NetBackup contains estimate restore?

Restore statistics reported in the Activity Monitor, such as Kilobytes, % Complete, etc.,  are not reliable.  I was previously told that this was normal and there was no way to provide accurate restore estimates.  I believe there was an enhancement request to fix this, but I don't remember where to find it in the Ideas section above.

If you are restoring an entire server or a large amount of data, I just estimate that it takes at least as long to restore the data as it took to back it up.
