Netbackup Device definition problem

HI All;
how to solve problem in NetBackup 6.5.4 ,, at the begin of this week I replace one Tape drive on Library  StorageTek sun Stream line 500 .

The new tape drive appear in device manager and also defined on NetBackup system but when I run backup job on tape drive job failed with error 84 or backup still with and the log of job details is

  • This message is coming from the TAPE DRIVE itself:
    The device has indicated that cleaning is required before further operations are attempted
    Also see 'Media Logs Report' for this period as well as the bptm log on the media server. You should be able to see the specific TapeAlert code that was sent by the tape drive.
    Also test a tape mount using 'robtest'.
