Netbackup Error 297 and more

Hi Guys,

we have an old version of NetBackup 6.5.6 who is working on an SL24 Sun Tape, 

we just replaced the tape after a failure and in the frontal panel all seems ok, but when we try to get up the tape he release the following error.

i know it's an old version but it worked perfecty so far, can someone help me please?

    The old drive is still configured in NBU. The serial number and path no longer exists.
    You need to delete the old drive in NBU, then confirm that new drive can be seen by the OS, and then add it in NBU.

      Hi Marianne,

      thank you for your reply, do you think is possible add a new tape without early remove the old one?

      Cause im just a little scared to do a big mistake...
