Hi Guys, I took my Netbackup exam last week which I Passed. Prometric gave me a sheet with a break down etc... But since then I haven't received anything.. Am I supposed to receive login details for Cert track? any info would be great. Cheers Zaka

I recall vaguely that once you have the exam results you can go and create yourself on certtracker using the student ID from prometric.
Just don't ask me where the certtracker website is ;)

I have asked the same question a while ago. Symantec employee who is in charge with certification told me that they stopped sending paper certs via mail and switched to e-certificates.
