Netbackup HP-UX 11.31 IA64 tiering?

Not sure if my question belongs to this discussion group. Can someone explain the details about Netbackup unix tiering definition? We have 7.1 Netbackup on HP-UX 11.31 IA 64, if we need to buy NDMP license, do we need to provide the tiering information? Traditional licensing is being used on our NBU.

    Unix Master and Media servers are licensed/tiered per cpu.

    NDMP tier is not linked to master server tier.

    NetBackup for NDMP is licensed per tiered NAS Device.

    You will have to provide details of your NAS Device to determine proper tiering.

    Best to speak to your reseller. This info is not publicly available.

    BTW, what is my NBU master tier (HP-UX 11.31 IA64)? will the NDMP license only tiered to NAS devices or also related to my master tiering?
