netbackup media manager-Your evaluation period has ended for this product

Hi,

   I have stared to configure a netbackup in our new data center on solaris servers. In the Media servers I am not seeingany media manager services are running state. While executing the ltid command I am getting the below error.In master Server I can see the the media manager services. How can I start the media manager services.Is this a licence issue.I am having the licences,How can I add this with netbackup.

  • Hi,

        I have checked with the license keys.It has date uoto this year end. The media manager services are not running. I have added (shared storage and tape library license with media servers) and (netbackup enterprices server,shared storage ,tape library and netbackup client licenses with master server)

       I have removed all the licenses in the below steps

    netbackup enterprice server
    shared storage
    tape library
    netbackup client.

    But still I am having a licence there with the below error

         In master server too ltid is running but when I try to start vmd ltid is gone off with message "Failed to validate the host with database"
