netbackup media server stuck at bptm start

Hi Everyone,

I have a very strange behaviour, my aix lpar san media server all of a sudden sometime gets stuck at bptm (pid=) start
When I checked logs it says waiting for resources from nbjm, however it gets tape drive, media, rbid but still is stuck there and nothing further works. I have reconfigured drives on this media server, rebooted it but nothing seems to work, also if I am lucky and backup completes then it has respective bptm unload sitting there in processes

Let me know if you guys need nbrb,nbemm,nbjm,bptm logs....
