Netbackup OST license requirement
we are running OST testing with Netbackup, it worked fine before and now anytime when we try to create LSU, we are getting message "OST license check failed" & "create LSU faield with errcode 70019". We should have 20TB enterprise disk licensed and we are using traditional license method. we haven't make any license change lately.
We have master and media servers on Windows 2008 R2, NBU on 7.1.0.4.
Does anyone have any idea?
We have found the issue was caused by expired license on stroage server, FalconStor VTL.
It is good now after we renewed the license. thanks for help.
